J. K. “SMOKEY” ULMER

J. K. Smokey Ulmer 71, died Wednesday, May 31, 2006 at Memorial Health University Medical Center. He was a native and lifelong resident of Savannah. Smokey was retired from the Air National Guard and was a member of the Plumbers, Steamfitters and HVAC Local 188.
Surviving are, a daughter and son in law, Kathy and Arnaldo Torres of Savannah, son and daughter in law, Danny and Meg Ulmer of Midway, a son, Michael Ulmer of Savannah, four grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Visitation will be Sunday, June 4, 2006 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Fox and Weeks Funeral Directors Hodgson Chapel.

Graveside Services will be Monday, June 5, 2006 at 10 a.m. in Hillcrest Abbey Memorial Park.
